WE already had in place an extensive reporting library for you which you could use to generate a vast variety of reports related to important aspects of your live chat engagement plan such as hit logs, visitor stats, geo-footprints etc. What we have added recently are further enhancements to Live2Support’s reporting functionality. New Reporting Features at a Glance

You can now access following reports Every Hour as they are updated. For instance, you can view the details regarding chat invitations such as

  • 1. Number of chats initiated by your website visitors hourly.
  • 2. Number of chats picked up by your live chat operators hourly.
  • 3. Number of chats missed by your live chat operators hourly.

4. Who closed the chat session - your website visitors or your live chat operators.

In a Nutshell

All reports are neatly organized in a tabular format to help you perform a quick analysis and review in a matter of minutes. These reports are automatically generated in the background and all you need to do is to invoke them for a quick on-screen display. You can also print these reports to take to review sessions and town halls.

As you can tell, these new features and enhancements are all designed to deliver a lighter shade of business intelligence which you can leverage to improve both sales and customers service performance.
