You can now access following reports Every Hour as they are updated. For instance, you can view the details regarding chat invitations such as

1. Number of chats initiated by your website visitors hourly.

2. Number of chats picked up by your live chat operators hourly.

3. Number of chats missed by your live chat operators hourly.
4. Who closed the chat session - your website visitors or your live chat operators.
In a Nutshell
All reports are neatly organized in a tabular format to help you perform a quick analysis and review in a matter of minutes. These reports are automatically generated in the background and all you need to do is to invoke them for a quick on-screen display. You can also print these reports to take to review sessions and town halls.
