New at Live2Support : Major Server Upgrade

There is mostly good news from all of us at Live2Support each month in this column and this time, the news is better than good. Why you ask? We have upgraded our servers which mean a whole new array of service enhancements, dynamite speed and unparalleled flexibility:

In keeping with the demands and challenges of cutting-edge technology, the technical operations team at Live2Support frequently upgrades its IT infrastructure to achieve the high levels of performance and service delivery to which we aspire. Server upgrades are frequently carried out and server software is regularly upgraded. We recently executed a server upgrade which has been completed successfully. If you didn’t notice a major difference in performance, it was because we were already doing extremely well to start with. You will surely notice it now since we have invited your attention to the upgrade.

For those of you who are true techie geeks, the upgrade involved multi core, multi processor and Ram expansion. We have even added a new layer of server security so that all your communication becomes even more secure. By the way, no one, including us, has ever been able to view your personal chat data unless you have authorized us to do so. Privacy has been and continues to remain among the top three concerns and priorities for all of us at Live2support. We will even tell you how we protect your privacy in an upcoming issue of this newsletter.
