Two Sides of the Mobile Chat Coin
There are two issues involved: First, there is the question of live chat accessibility on your website when users launch a mobile browser on their smartphones. All you need to do during these times is to simply fish out your smartphone from your purse or pocket and get to work! You will need either an iPhone, an Android Smartphone or a Blackberry to do the trick.
