Q My PCs keeps giving me an error message and shutting down IE while monitoring, how can i solve this problem?

This problem is due to some corrupt file in IE installation. Solution is very simple to resolve this problem. Just Reinstall IE and also make sure you have all latest patches. Latest patches are required to save your computer from virus attach due some security hole in IE earlier. (FYI : If you are using window xp you must install latest windows xp patch to safe guard your computer from latest virus - love scan and W32.Welchia).
Q I getting error every time I start Live2Support windows application for monitoring and chatting?

The following steps are require to correct the problem :

Un-install Live2Support application using windows control panel option Add/Remove program.

After successful un-install, Now you need to remove few registry entry and Files/Folder. Now run Registry Editor, click on Start (bottom left corner of Windows screen) then click on Run.

Type regedit then press enter.

In registry editor left window expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, Now expand Software Folder
In this Folder you will find Live2Support or L2S folder, delete these folders.

Remove this key also if exist :

HKEY_CURRENT_USER->Software->Microsoft->Windows->CurrentVersion->Explorer->MenuOrder-> Start Menu->Programs->Live2Support->

Now close registry editor,

Run Window Explorer, goto \Program Files\ folder and remove Live2Support folder in this folder if exist.

Now reboot your computer download new application from Live2Support and install.

Auto login does not work ?

Ii keep clicking the "remember this computer" checkbox, but it asks me to log in every time i return. how do i fix this so it logs me in without having to fill in all the info each time.

Support: Just check this box and do not logout when you want to go offline
Support: Just simple click on off-line in visitor monitoring window
Support: And later close the window
Support: Please remember cookies must be enabled in your web browser.
Q Display setting problem with windows application
A
This problem is related to display dpi setting on your computer.

Please check following settings to solve this problem :

- Right click on your computer screen blank area.
- Click on Properties in menu (last option)
- Now you will see Display Properties window
- Click on Settings Tab
- Under Settings tab click on "Advanced" button on bottom right corner in this window.
This will open a new window, in this window under General tab, DPI setting should be Normal size (96 DPI)
If you see any other setting for DPI this is possible cause of display mess.

You can set DPI to 96 to view correctly monitoring window.
