How to invite someone visiting my website to ask questions or to initiate a conversation /chat? |

Sending chat invitation is very simple. Click on "Invite" link in visitor monitoring window, a chat window open on visitor side asking for name and email (This you can switch off). You hear ring sound in visitor monitoring window (Ring sound means chat window is opened successful at visitor side), if you do not hear ring sound in few seconds (15-30 sec.) of clicking Invite link this means visitor is using pop-up blocker and chat invitation is not successful due to pop-up blocker.
Once chat invitation window is opened asking name and email, visitor has to click on Continue button to continue chat, if visitor does not click on continue button then you will see "User has not picked up chat" or visitor closed chat invitation window just after clicking on continue button before you pick-up chat.
If you switch off asking name and email address then chat invitation window will be opened in waiting status and as soon as you pick-up chat, visitor will be in chat mode. If visitor does not respond to chat then you see no response from visitor side or if visitor closed chat invitation window then you will get "User has not picked chat" in your chat window. Just remember, if you get Chat Request status in visitor monitoring window and hear ring sound this means chat invitation is successful (a chat invitation window opened on visitor side), now it is upto visitor how he/she react on chat invitation

How can I control the pro pop up window? Where do I tell it, what to show and when? |

Pro-Pop : You can push a new window on visitor computer while he/she surfing your web site without chatting. This window may be for some special offer or a particular page you want to show that visitor. You can also replace existing page of the visitor window. This all you can do silently without chatting or sending a chat request.
How to send a Pro-pop window : Just click on Pro-Pop action in monitoring window in same line of IP address. A text box will appear in visitor details area. Type complete url in the text box (i.e. http://www.live2support.com/product.php) including http://. Select radio button to open a new window or replace existing page of visitor and click on send.

How can I cancel my trial period? |

This is an automatic process. Your account will be deactivate automatically at the end of trial period. If you want to do it right away, you can use control panel account cancellation option.

The process for automatic opening visitor monitoring window is cookie base. Please check your computer allow cookies or you have not removed cookies. The following steps require to set automatic window opening :
1- Login at http://www.live2support.com/cpn
2- Check mark the box on the upper right corner of the control panel ->Open Visitor monitoring window automatically on next login.
3. Now you may logout and close the browser.
4. Now login again http://www.live2support.com/cpn. At this time Visitor monitoring window should open automatically.

You can change the login name through control panel. click on "Add/Edit Support Operators" option. Then click on "Edit". Change your login id to "New login id". Please remember next time your login id will the New login id and same will be displayed to your web site visitors.

There is a option called push url in support executive chat window, through this button a seperate window will be open and page will be displayed. Under this pull down menu, PUSH URL option is for defining URL in message box and other will be the list of own predefined PUSH URLs (definded in Control Panel under "Push URL Edit"). To select the desired URL, click on desired URL then click on "Pick>>" and click on "Send" button.

To change status from on-line to off-line, if you are using our windows application then you will able to see status available or un-available on upper right corner. To go off-line click on un-available radio button in windows application. If you are using web base interface click on off-line link on upper right corner of monitoring window.
If you do not want to monitor visitor then close visitor monitoring window.
